HERE IT IS . the best Rorschach style mask replica you will find. Forget static, immovable inkblots. Don't even think about wearing thin, see thru ballet tights painted with a Sharpie and calling it a "costume." This mask has taken me weeks to perfect, test and produce. As an award winning, professional graphic artist my standards are high. I'm sure you'll be impressed!The pattern is made using nontoxic, 100% safe fabric ink that reacts to your breath. That's right, you control the effect! It simulates the animation of the inkblot amazingly as you can see in my video. I've styled the inkblot pattern to match that seen in the Watchmen movie version of Rorschach. As a fan myself, it was important I got the authenticity right. Each is hand dyed with splotchy, jagged edge inkblots so slight differences may occur. There is an art to get the moving simulation effect, and ink dispersion and fading is key. The crisp lines indicative of silk screening, although an easier printing method, just look too clean, mass produced and flat out generic. I CAN promise you that you won't be getting a big splotchy blob in the center of the mask and calling it Rorschach like you can see in other masks. The new video below shows the work I've done on different masks including this one, but this auction is only for the mask pictured above. The mask is a custom stretch fabric hood seamed to fit most heads. For measurement's sake, around the forehead is 22" to 24" inches. But using 4 way stretch fabric allows the mask to fit most people comfortably. Visibility is good and breathability is ideal. And it conforms to the contours of your face great, without revealing your features.

The video does not use any special effects. Your warm breath fades the ink to transparent; cool air darkens it producing a moving effect. What you see is what you'll get: A little practice goes a long way. Every mask will be temperature checked before I ship. I will not accept returns.
