1994 Chris Craft Crowne 282 Vehicle Description For Sale is a 1994 Chris Craft Crowne 282. Cared for with an open checkbook, this may be the nicest 1994 available. NO RESERVE AUCTION. BID TO WIN! This Chris Craft is the perfect combination of high performance and refined style. Wide open cockpit area for entertaining with seating for 7 adults that converts to a dining area. Great weekender family boat with a wide beam will accommodate 4 adults overnight. Full galley area with sink, microwave, and 110V refrigerator. Plenty of storage space with extra seating area in the aft cabin, enclosed head and 19 flat screen TV. Equipped with CruiseAir AC and Heat. The AC is great when at the dock and blows ice cold. I installed a brand new Sony stereo with iPod adapter and new Infinity speakers on the radar arch this season. Also included Icom navigation system and hummingbird fish finder and depth detector. New high performance 450HP Chevy Big Block ($9,350) in winter of 2007 along with totally rebuilt outdrive ($3,500) with less than 50 hrs on both. New closed Fresh Water cooling system ($1,500) and hydraulic trim tabs ($750). You can see from the pics how nice the set up is on this boat. Single I/O is great on gas while still delivering the power to get up and go when you have a bunch of friends out and a full tank of gas. The boat has a total of 343 hrs on the hull since 1994 and less than 50 hrs since repowering. The boat is in excellent shape for a 15 year old boat and there is less wear than one might expect for a boat of this age. All seating in the cockpit is free of rips or tears with minor wear. The gelcoat is in great condition and shines like new. All new canvas ($3,500) and the windows are crystal clear as you can see from the pics. All of the pinstriping was replaced this year along with some of the chrome accent pieces. The boat is currently in my slip and I have the title in hand. In the last photo of the cockpit the "L" shaped seat has been totally reupholstered this season and looks brand new. The photo was taken before I had this done. The other cushions are in such good condition you can hardly tell the difference and the vinyl matches perfectly.
